Today I'm at home,
one of these days I just want to lie in bed and feel sorry for myself. I got a
cold and just feeling like sleeping the day away. I don't get sick often
normally but lately I have been feeling a bit unstable body wise. I was lying
on the sofa thinking about it and how I don't treat my body in a nice way, my
diet has been terrible so much sugar and unhealthy food. It's not weird that my
body is reacting to my unfair treatmeant.
So I was thinking to
start a smoothie challenge. A sugar detox (part from natural sugar like fruit,
berries and veggies). 14 days, smoothies only! I will report everyday how i
feel and how I'm getting on.
I bet it will be hard the first few days cuz
oh god I'm so addicted to sugar right now! I'm not on my own though! My lovely
friend will join me on this journey.
Tomorrow will be day
one, terrified and excited!
